What was your experiance did you get a good deal?Has anyone sold a house to one of those ';we buy houses'; companies?
I got a bid from one. Was half what I wanted. They want to contract with only very ';desparate'; sellers. They call it buying homes at wholesale price. They offer you $80,000 then put $4000 in your home and ask $180,000.


I don't pay a realator. I sell buy owner.Has anyone sold a house to one of those ';we buy houses'; companies?
My Parents tried to once but we turned down the offer cause it was not good enough.
