Should I buy house in Florida with wood decaying fungi (mold)?

I want to buy a foreclosed home, but the inspection found wood-decaying fungi (mold) visible damage in several places. I live in Florida. Is it possible to remedy this and at what cost? Is it curable at all?Should I buy house in Florida with wood decaying fungi (mold)?
with all of the depressed priced houses in florida, why on earth would you want a problem...keep looking...you will find the perfect house for you in perfect condition...we just did in oct...was 423k in 2006 got it for 155k......Should I buy house in Florida with wood decaying fungi (mold)?
Vinegar is very effective at killing off about 80% of all mold types. Spraying gallons of vinegar all over the place will help a lot, but you must first rip out all the toxic Chinese wallboard that seems to be used in Florida a lot and replace it after you have sprayed everything a couple of times with vinegar. Tea tree oil is even better. But if you want to buy this house, make sure you offer no more than half of what they are asking for it. Prices will still continue to go down; the economy is in shambles and getting worse, and the country is broke and on the verge of collapse. The biggest mistake you can make here is paying too much for the house. If you pay what they want, in a year you will owe more on it than it's worth.
Stain mold and decay fungi! --Stain mold indicates moisture which does`nt weaken wood. But Decay Fungi, needs 20% or more moisture to grow! It feeds on the cells of the wood, literally consumes it! All wood needs to be replaced, and all moisture problems dealt with! New wood must be treated material or problem will continue! DO NOT BUY without considering all the costs to be rid of moisture problems, and dealing with structural issues!
NO! Do not buy a house with mold. No matter how good of a deal it is, pass if it has mold. You're not going to be able to get rid of it. Just pass and look for a new house. I live in FL too and the humidity only makes mold worse. Just skip it.
it is best in your interest that you did a renovation for the house.

unless you wanted to risk your safety with it.
Yes BUY.BUY. BUY.
