When is it too early to move in with someone or buy house when you are only 21?

Me and my girlfriend have been dating for a month but I am completely in love with her and we keep talking about houses. When is it ok to start looking? When is it too early to move in with someone or buy house when you are only 21?
It's okay to start *looking* anytime. You may want to wait before you take any action.

1) If you're not ready to get married, you're not ready to buy a house together, either. Renting is another situation.

2) Before moving in with someone, especially someone you care about, you should have a long talk about household chores and expectations: who does the dishes, the shopping, the housecleaning, takes out garbage, and so on. Don't expect that your love for each other will make these issues go away or become irrelevant.

3) Figure out if there are any other problems with living together--like, if one of you likes to sleep with a window open, or the TV on, or sometimes starts cooking at 1 a.m. None of those would mean ';you can't do it,'; but you'd have to figure out how you're going to deal with them. When is it too early to move in with someone or buy house when you are only 21?
After you've dated another 23 months and you've put a ring on her finger.
Don't have both your names on the papers, if she leaves you and both your names are on the house, guess what she owns half even if she isn't paying the bill. Give yourself sometime, or get married then buy the house.
is it too early to move in w/ someone? ...if you are talking about sharing a 15 to 30 yr mortgage w/ someone you've only known for a month? ....errrrrr.... i would advise against it.

buy a house when your 21? ...only if you intend on staying at one place for at least 5 years.
As a real estate professional, do not buy a house with someone before you get married. It is a bad situation. You will both be tied to the home, payments, etc. wether your relationship continues or not. At 21, hold off on the 30 year comittment required of many mortgages, when you have only made a 1 month comittment to a relationship. Wait a minimum of 12 to 18 months before thinking about a home.

I cannot count the number of people I've come across in your position who could not maintain the relationship long enough to get the home to closing.
