Be very careful, if you read the paper or watch the news you know about the hugh mortgage fraud going on all over. Just to give you a heads up not many lenders would even mess with you because you are unemployed %26amp; make less than $10,000 a year. Your friend would have a better chance of getting a loan. doubt you could buy a house with that level of income...id look for government housing, its usually only 20-100$/monthly depending on the area, it should be affordable with your check, you should be able to get food stamps so you can eat and alot of times theyll give you help with utilities also....
