Yes, in the US foreigners can buy property, and pretty much have all the rights we do. In California, foreigners have more rights than the citizens.Are foreigners allowed to buy house in your country?
Yes they do. You can have biz here. If you have a financial interest in America a special visa is given for visiting/working that biz.
I don't see why not. We as American's can buy property in other countries and many do so for the purpose of leasing or renting the property out to people on vacation.
