Can foreigners buy house in China?

Are there any special requirements?





What about visa?Can foreigners buy house in China?
Foreigners can definitely buy houses in hong kong and macau which are technically part of China. Don't know about the mainland but I expect not - even the Chinese couldn't buy their own houses until recently. Still, when there's a will there's a way!





BTW - technically in Thailand foreigners can't buy houses either but they do - through companies they set up.Can foreigners buy house in China?
Every countries in the world do happy to let foreigners to invest money into their countries properties. It just depends on their rules.





Do first of all you need to find out the rules.





BY the way, please do not buy house in China if you are not familiar with the rules. They been a lot of rich foreigners try to invest monet in China, unfortunately most of them been bankruptcy!!! They are too many different rules in China. So beware my friend!
