I am american citizen. I want to come to singapore and do the business. Is that better to do that? Can i buy house in Singapore.Can Foreinger buy house in Singapore?
There are a few types of property in Singapore.





Landed property - Only Singaporeans are eligile to own.





HDB Flat - Only Singaporeans and Singapore PR (At least 2 PRs with lawful relationship, e.g. siblings, father %26amp; son, couple) are eligible to buy.


* HDB Flats are flats (apartments) developed and built under Housing Development Board of the Singapore government.





Private Condominium - Anyone is eligible to buy, and as many as you wanted.Can Foreinger buy house in Singapore?

You can buy all type of house except HDB which means for the Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only.





There are a lot of housing project going on, buy a newspaper on Saturday when you reach Singapore, or engaged an agent if you want to....

Why not.But note that you have to buy A PRIVATE CONDOMINIUM.
Foreigners can only private property, that would include apartments, condos, commercial property (e.g. office space), no restictions on how many private property you can buy. Foreigners cannot buy HDB flats. If a foreigner wants to buy a house, it has to seek approval from the government. Go to www.acra.gov.sg for information on setting up a business in singapore
