I see many nice houses here and there in the Mountain House, but almost all are short sales or foreclosures. What happened? Is it good time to buy house now there?Is it a good time to a buy house in Mountain House, CA?
Mountain House? They are going the same direction as Patterson, GHOST TOWN.
Mountain House is not even a real city, no schools, etc.
Idiots buy there, it would be an awful investment. I know over 50% if Patterson is vacent, Mountain House is not that far off.
