I read in one question someone asked the area's to avoid so am asking why to avoid area's like NE and SE what is that?Why some places are Bad in Calgary where one should not reside or buy house, Why?
Not all neighbourhoods in one quadrant are bad. The sketchiest places are probably Forest Lawn, Dover, Marlborough, Whitehorn, etc. But even the suburbs can be bad news sometimes.
