i live on long island, ny, the mortgages and taxes are outrageous. Is there anyone out there that moved from ny to another state to live more comfortably?Anyone move from ny to another state to buy house?
The mortgages directly reflects cost of living. So where it might be cheaper to live somewhere else the jobs don't pay nearly as much as they would in NY thus earning less and spending less versus earning more and spending more. You can't win!
