Real Estate Advertising help to Sell Condo and Buy House in Mississauga?

Hi, Like to advertise the sale of my Condo. Can someone suggest good (if possible free OR cheap) websites to enlist it on? I'm trying to avoid selling the house by a Real Estate Agent (saves commission). However might get one if necessary. Also need to buy a new House. So can someone suggest good websites where I can get info on houses for Sale (looking for mainly in Oakville, Mississauga area or close to it's borders)?Real Estate Advertising help to Sell Condo and Buy House in Mississauga?
Don't try to sell your condo FSBO. It rarely works for most sellers and it is more bother than you can imagine. Find a good discount broker in your area and work with them. You need access to MLS to get a good price and a sales agent is worth their weight in gold in prequalifying buyers, arranging financing, etc.. Yes, people do save money going the FSBO route but you rarely see the horror stories of FSBO deals gone bad. As a real estate lawyer I see them all the time.

To find a new home, just do an Internet search for your new hometown and ';real estate'; and dozens of names will pop up for you. Contact those agents and firms directly.Real Estate Advertising help to Sell Condo and Buy House in Mississauga?
I can help you if you would like to email me. I started a new business that deals with questions like you are asking. And some For Sale by Owners are successful because they ask questions. The ones who have a hard time are those who think they understand the process and find out to late that they didn't understand at all.
Check out craigslist.com in your area. Free ads and many many people from all over the world can and do check this site.
If that's in the USA try

www. Your home gone .com

www. f s b o .com

enter them with no spaces!

Good Luck!
Based on your message, it would seem you will need lots of help, and there are plenty of sell it yourself options on the Internet and likely in your local market.

Unfortunately 8 out of 10 times, this technique fails because it's more work than you expected, and you must get your home in absolutely top condition to make sure it shows better than others in your area...this is where staging comes in...and you have to deal with every detail...open houses, qualifying your potential buyers, dealing with the title company or lawyers, depending on your local rules...etc...etc...etc.

You should work with a good loan broker or banker who you get through a referral, so you can offer your potential buyers good financing options, which is really a way to make sure they qualify before you waste your time with them.

I am not a realtor, so I am not promoting that you list your property as I have sold many of mine by myself, but I'm an experienced real estate investor, so it's not hard for me.

Depending on your local real estate market conditions, you might be able to get a realtor that will offer you a discount on the selling commission if you promise to work with them on the purchase for your new home, where that new seller will naturally pay 1/2 the commission to your realtor, because you were loyal to him/her...or you may buy the new property contingent upon the sale of the existing...which your realtor will likely prefer, to make sure you buy with him/her.

If you do decide to work with an agent, find a really good one through referrals of friends or family.

Best of Luck,
